How to be cool

One of the most discussed question of all time: how does someone become cool? Well I know we all want to know the highlights of being cool and part of the in crowd. Well if you keep reading, you will shortly find out the highs and lows of being cool.
Along with wanting to know how to be cool, you might be wondering the details like what do I need to wear? How do I need to act? What should I do in order to be liked by the so-called popular kids?
Well I've taken the liberty to answer that question in ten simple steps. They are the following: (the order does not matter.)
    1. Be rebellious; always show you don't care about anything.
   2. Act like you're the only person worth other peoples’ time.
    3. Slouch as much as you can.
  4. Don't participate; you should only do it when you're able to put down something or someone in a comical way.
  5. Grow your hair out long. Always know what the coolest style is and copy it. (Unless it makes you look dorky)
    6. Have baggy gangster clothes, large skater shoes, and dull colored, offensive tee shirts (For more information, click on rebellious). Or if you can't handle that, then at least have a strong personality.
   7. Use slang terms like "wassup" or "that is whack" or other words that are able to be growls and/or mumbles.
    8. When you walk, do it with a slight limp on one leg. But only one, if you try it with more than one two things will happen: you'll lose the effect you have on some people. Also you'll look like a zombie doing it.
   9. Whenever you see a friend, always greet him with your "signature wave" but this might take a little practicing. And don't forget that you want to be cool so don't do anything too weird.
   10. Have a friend that your really tight with be a sort of back-up friend just in case you do something that might be a minor step back to becoming cool. One thing you don't want is to have no friends.
Now that you know all the steps, it's time to put them into action. One way in doing that is trying it around the house. Just so you are really good at being cool when the time comes to show what you can do.
If that doesn't work then it's time to start from the bottom up, getting as many friends as possible to show the popular kids that you really are cool. When that happens, then congratulations! You are now popular!
Now that you are popular, you get to hang with the "in-crowd" and share gossip, drama, laughs and okay times. And through all that, you come to realize: there is no difference as being cool and being normal.
Whenever people are called cool, it doesn't mean anything. The so-called cool crowd is in fact sometimes not because all they do is make fun of everyone. They are no different than you and I, no matter what they think. Even hanging out with them sometimes can be a real pain. Especially people who create drama, it is so lame how it's all about he said this and she said that. If you're not in their group it's for the better.
That's the problem with middle school; no matter if you're in the cool crowd or the normal crowd, (I don't even know why the other kids are called normal, because most of them are anything but that) they're both the same. Even if you're not a person that everyone knows, or that has the latest fashions, you still are a cool person because it's our individuality that makes us cool.
