For me, P.E. class is second period. During P.E. we warm up for about five minutes, usually by running in place or doing jumping jacks. Then we do upper body streches, then we do lower body streches. Then we move onto the unit that we are on that week. This week we are doing fitness testing. We test ourselves on our flexibility, speed, and strength. Usually its pretty easy, except for the mile. Hardly anybody likes to do the mile, except for people like my brother, who does track and runs over a mile every other day. P.E. is pretty fun, except for those lame units that nobody could care less about, like square dancing. Usually our P.E. period is outside, but on Wednsday we have weight room, but we run outside before that.
