The Wind-Up is one of
the most important things in pitching and one of the most complicated things
to do in baseball. You can learn the Wind-Up very easily though if
you have a good set of instructions and some good visual aids. On
the main page you have read the steps written of the Wind-Up. Here

In the far right it shows the pitcher taking a small step to the side,
the second picture shows the pitcher bringing his leg up, the third
picture shows the picture shifting his weight forward, the fourth
