Joshua Trees are very cool trees.  They are also very rare and only grow in some deserts.  They grow best between the elevations of two thousand and six thousand feet.  This is the only place in the United States that these trees grow.  Some of the trees at Joshua Tree are thought to be over nine hundred years old, but it is hard to tell because they do not have rings like mosh other trees.  The two people who discovered it called it the most repulsive tree they had ever seen.
