Stew Leonards is on located on the east coast, in Danbury, Connecticut, Norwalk, Connecticut , and Yonkers, New York. It first opened in 1969. Stew Leonard Senior, is the found of this huge store. When it opened it began as being seventeen- thousand square feet. but it has grown since. It has been called many things , such as "the Disneyland of Dairy stores,"  by the New York Times. Since Stew Leonards opened there has been thirty-three new departments that have opened.
