It is all about looking pretty for the judges when you are in a show. dressage requires a rider who is serious about their riding and doesn't like to fool around. when people watch dressage, they are sopposed to feel relaxed, because dressage is a laid back kind or riding. it is very pretty to watch. if you are serious about riding, and like to look good for the judges, then dressage is for you.
