My dad is a coach for the Cal Poly men’s basketball team.  Cal Poly plays in the Big West league.  This league is known for its balance of good teams.  There are ten teams in this competitive league.  The Cal Poly Mustangs.  A team known for it’s knew, improved, and awesome defense.  The mustangs are currently coached under Kevin Bromley.
    The Cal State Fullerton Titans.  The titans are known for their good
Shooting and incredible athleticism.  A few of their players are under the watchful eye of the NBA.  The titans are coached by Donny Daniels.
     The Cal State Northridge Matadors.  This team is known for its speed and the toughest defense in the conference.  Bobby Braswell coaches the matadors.
     The Idaho Vandals.  The vandals are for it’s incredible speed.  It’s ridiculous how fast they are.  They also like to do a lot of alley oops.  Leonard Perry is the man who coaches this team.
     The Long Beach State 49ers are probably the second best, if not the best three point shooting team in the conference.  They practically shoot NBA threes for fun.  And pretty much everyone on their team, including the small guards, can dunk it.  Larry Reynolds is the man behind this operation.
     The Pacific Tigers are a packed team.  They can shoot (even the big guys).  They are best known for their rebounding.  Bob Thomas coaches the tigers.
    The University of California Highlanders have to be the weakest team in the league.  But they have some up and coming stars on their way.  John Masi coaches the highlanders.
    The University of California Irvine Anteaters.  This team is packed with shooters, free throwers, and skilled post players.  They have been one of the teams that dominated the league.  All of that credit goes to Coach Pat Douglas.
     The University of California Santa Barbara Gauchos are arguably the best team in the conference.  They’ve got just about everything.  Shooting, rebounding, defense, you name it.  Bob Williams is the coach of the Gauchos.
     The last team in this great league, are theUtah State Aggies.  They are huge!  I’m not just talking tall, they are wide.  They know how to score and rebound.  They also one of those two teams that would dominate the league.  Stu Morril is the coach of this enormous team.
