Practice and Conditioning

  At the beginning of practice we ran a half mile or an Indian run, and after that we did warm ups. These consisted of 20 or more jumping jacks, 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, crab crawling, sprints, back paddles, high knees, pretzels, neck bridges, more neck strengtheners. Then we practiced defense, offense and special teams. We would run plays over and over. At the end of practice we would run lots of sprints or sprint across and back the field.
