The
best ten basketball players are very hard to pick. Every player has something
unique thing about them: like jumping, playing defense, shooting, or maybe
being an all round player, and that's just a few things. The thing about
basketball is that there are always good ball players. There is always
one or two on a good team like Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal. But it
is hard to rank the players first second or third all the way down to the
last spot. I'm going to say my opinion of the top ten basketball
players in the NBA from the number one position to the number fifteen spot.
All of the ten best players in the NBA are all-stars.
1. Kobe Bryant
2. Tracy McGrady
3. Shaquille O’Neal
4. Kevin Garnett
5. Chris Webber
6. Tim Duncan
7. Dirk Nowitzki
8. Steve Francis
9. Michael Jordan
10. Jason Kidd
I think Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA. He can do it all.
He plays for the Los Angeles
Lakers who are going for they're forth championship in a row.
He plays the guard position. He can play very stuff defense he averages
two steels a game. He can score; he had eight straight forty plus point
games, and is the second in scoring. He loves the pressure, and well lead
his team to victory. What I like the best about him is that he has only
one way to play and that is one hundred percent.
At the number two position I would take Tracy McGrady who has
been the leading scorer for some time now. He is not better then Kobe Bryant
because he doesn't play as good defense, and doesn't play with a lot of
intensity, but his game is a lot like his.
Shaquille O’Neal is the third best. He is seven foot one inch.
He is proble two hundred fifty pounds. He plays the center position, and
not many people can guard him. He leads the NBA in shooting percentage,
is the fifth in scoring, and averages about ten rebounds per game. He is
aggressive on defense gets a lot of blocks, and hustles on offense.
Kevin Garnett plays forward. He was the MVP of the 2003 all-star
game. He is tenth in shooting percentage, and is second in rebounding.
He gets a few block shots a game. And is very aggressive on the offensive
boards
At the fifth spot, is Chris Webber. He plays for the number one team
in the western
conference. He plays hard on both sides of the court all through
the game. He is the leader of his team. He is a very good offensive player
and is an average defensive player.
Tim Duncan is a forward for the San Antonio Spurs. He is the seventh
leader in scoring and is third in rebounding. He has a nice shot off the
backboard that he makes more than eighty percent of the time. He is a contender
for the MVP candidate.
Dirk Nowitzki is playing for the Dallas Mavericks with the number one
record in the NBA. He is six foot eleven playing the forward position.
He has an advantage over his opponents. He is the sixth player for scoring
average, and is eighth in rebounding average. He can shoot like a guard
and play like a center.
Steve Francis is making the seven foot center a star. Steve plays at
the guard for the Houston Rockets. He is an out standing shooter and plays
like no other. He can dribble very good and can make key plays.
Michael Jordan is one of the leagues favorite players. Michael could
be the best like he was but his age is getting bad. Michael is the master
of air and has a lot of rings, meaning championship victories. Michael
can shoot, score, and play defense like an all-star. Michael is now like
a coach to the players on the floor, and now is a huge remodel to a lot
of people.
Jason Kidd is an outstanding player. He is the king of assist with
a percent of 8.5 a game. Jason is not the best shooter in the league, but
he can when his team needs it. Jason is a key player for the NBA.
This is my opinion for the top ten NBA basketball players. This is
who I would have on my dream team for the 2003 team.
