We will be demonstrating how the lights are produced by speeding plasma particles from the sun with three demonstrations showing what creates the color, pulls the lights only to the poles, and what exactly the Northen Lights are.

We start by talking about three different investigating technics: powder analasis, fingerprints, and teeth marks.  We then talk about the history and different fingerprints.

 

GLOBAL WARMING/Carbon Sequestering

Global warming is a very serious problem facing the world today.  This presentation explores the problem, causes, and solution.  We will focus on an interesting new process called carbon sequestering which shows great promise.  Green house effects and a comparison of Venus, Earth, and Mars will help in understanding this complex concept.

All about batteries and how they work!  The basic concept at work and who invented them!  Dale Solomon will play the part of Alexandro Volta.  Our presentation includes poster boards, powerpoint, model, and exciting demonstrations.

My Nobel Prize is about Solar Cars.  I talk about solar cells, where solar energy comes from, the design of the solar car, and solar car races.  Also I talk about the world record of the fastest solar car.  I show my solar car that I made and another demonstration on where you need to have the sun light at the right angle on the panel.

This presentation demonstrates how waves are formed and what factors affect their shape.  In our homemade "wave tank" we will show breaking, surging and spilling waves.
