Text books will be provided by the school. Students and parents are responsible for them. They cost between $50 and $60. You are encouraged to keep them covered and treat them with respect. Damages will be charged at the end of the year.

Students are responsible for the following:

• paper (Graph paper will only be required for a few assignments, however it is appropriate for all assignments.)
• pens and or pencils (Dark blue, black pen or no. 2 pencil is acceptable for all assignments. If a regular wood pencil is used students will need to bring their own (quiet and clean) pencil sharpener.A class room pencil sharpener is not available during class time.)
• calculator (Often a calculator will be needed for some of the assignments. Most of these times a simple calculator will be adequate; however there will be occasions when a scientific calculator will be needed.)
• ruler or straight edge (A 6 to 12 inch ruler will be needed from time to time.)
• protractor (A small protractor will be needed on occasions; the school will provide a paper one.)
• protective folder (A 3 ring binder or other storage system is required.)
