Our Laguna Academic Team took on the world again last week in the Knowledge Masters Competition. And they managed to improve upon their already inpressive fall performance.  Our crew took 4th in California, and was in the top 18% of  the 509 schools who competed worldwide . Out of a possible 2000 points, our team scored 1417.

Did you know Laguna has an Academic Team? Did you know that Laguna’s Academic Team just finished 6th in California competing in their preliminary round of the Knowledge Master Open? That they were in the top 20% WORLDWIDE? No? Well you do now. So when you see these people around, you can congratulate them on being Masters of Knowledge. Their next competition is in April.

The Laguna Mock Trial Team, coached by Mr. Benitez, beat Judkins Middle School in the finals at the County Courthouse Thursday night, unseating the four-time champions.
